Through the Web and a variety of technologies, TWG has been able to provide organizational development services to large groups of people regardless of their geography.

One example was when a Utilities company needed to conduct is biennial compliance training for Workplace Harassment and Sexual Harassment. In the past the company had partnered to have many facilitated sessions at all of their locations. This time in partnership with TWG, the company tried something new.

1. TWG created a learning guide to accompany the company’s various Harassment Policies.
2. Each employee was responsible on his/her own to review the policy and complete the learning guide.
3. Next every management employee including the CEO and his immediate staff was required to complete an on-line test designed and implemented by TWG. This test had two parts. One was COMPREHENSION of the Harassment Policies and the second was APPLICATION of the Harassment Policies testing how each management employee would interpret the policy in real-world scenarios.
4. TWG corrected each test and provided Human Resources and the employee his/her results.
5. Those scoring below an acceptable level were either:
1. Counseled by his/her direct manager or
2. Attended a group class to review the policy.
