When it comes to pricing our services, we have been very fortunate to work with forward thinking clients who approach the initial phase of a professional relationship with a creative approach and a sense of fairness.

Additionally, we have learned from decades of experience that putting of any individual, group or organizational development need usually means that you pay more later on. Not unlike the impact of delayed maintenance on our car, our home or even our physical health, the impact of waiting usually (but not always) is not to our advantage in the long run.

To meet the various needs of our many-industry client base, TWG has four types of pricing

Corporate & For Profit Organizations
TWG offers these enterprises competitive pricing structures with the option of an hourly rate or a project rate.

Not-for-Profit Organizations
TWG has a long history of providing a considerably discounted pricing structure that makes high-level organizational diagnostics and development partnerships within financial reach.

Pro-Bono Work
In its fiscal year planning, TWG dedicates a certain percentage of available hours to working with financially disadvantaged and/or temporarily financially strapped individuals, group and organizations.

Collegial Support
Since we are advocates of personal, professional and organizational development, TWG makes every effort to reach out to it fellow practitioners in an effort to provide coaching, training and/or support so that they can continually increase their value to their clients.

TWG cannot proclaim or promise to be the least expensive. We can say however that we are far from the most expensive. No matter which professional service you partner with us on, we believe and many of our clients have told us that we provide very high value for the investment you make with us.
